You could make a flowershape stencil and use it to cut out designs from wallpaper - glance in the discount bin for an oddment.
Stick a person flower flat to the wall and stick a further through it, inserting glue only in the centre, so that it sticks out a bit to appear like a flower.
In our photograph, the flowers are put in a random fashion, but you could do a row along the bedhead or even vertical stripes.
